Spark the joy of reading through the magic of a shared book! From October to May, this is a weekly, one-hour volunteer commitment in The Dalles at Chenowith, Colonel Wright, or Dry Hollow Elementaries. Volunteer Readers provide literacy support to kids and help foster a love of reading through fun, child-guided reading sessions. All volunteers complete an online application, background check, and on-site training.
