Come out and help your fellow community members build pride in their neighborhood!
The City of Walla Walla hosts several cleanup events in underserved neighborhoods each year. The City provides 30-yard dumpsters for residents in these neighborhoods to dispose of unwanted clutter and materials.
Starting this year, we are welcoming volunteers to attend the events to assist with things like operating the registration table, loading materials into vehicles, moving materials from vehicles to the dumpsters, monitoring the dumpsters, trimming grass and vegetation, etc.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent/guardian who is also volunteering. A free lunchtime meal will be provided for neighbors and volunteers.
The location of the neighborhood will be provided to registered volunteers on May 29, 2026.
