Assist during our lunch in the dining room by helping clients move around and by helping to clear tables and keep areas clean. It's always fun getting to chat with the clients as you work! Each volunteer must have a Washington State food handlers card which you can get online and costs $10. If you do not have this card, you can do the short course here at the Walla Walla Senior Center and we will pay for it.
Time commitment:
Flexible between 10am and 2pm
Monday through Thursday
Sign up for the timeframe that best represents your availability. Dining room volunteer opportunities are listed as timeframes rather than fixed shifts. This gives you the flexibility to come when it works best for you. Just check in when you arrive and check out when you leave, and we’ll record your actual hours.
Please note that a manager will need to approve your application before you can sign up for shifts.
