Volunteer Role: RISE Community Experience Volunteer
Role Description:
Support participants during a supervised community outing focused on confidence and supported risk-taking.
Volunteer Responsibilities:

Encourage participants as they climb, watch, or cheer

Support turn-taking and waiting

Help with emotional regulation and encouragement

Assist staff with transitions and reflection activities
Volunteers do not belay or handle safety equipment.
