About the Role
The heart of the Harvest Party happens during the event itself! As an Activity Friend, you’ll help run games, crafts, and activities while ensuring participants feel included and supported. Your presence helps create the laughter, fun, and sense of community that makes this celebration special.
Your Purpose
As an Activity Friend, you are the connection between the fun and our participants. You’ll run activities, cheer on participants, and make sure everyone feels welcomed and valued. Treat everyone with dignity and respect. Speak to participants as you would any other teen or adult.
What You’ll Do

Run carnival-style games, craft tables, or activity stations.

Greet participants and encourage them to try activities.

Help explain and demonstrate games in a friendly, simple way.

Offer support when needed, while letting participants lead the fun.

Celebrate every effort and success with positivity and encouragement.
What to Bring / Know

Comfortable clothing (you may be moving between activities).
