Step into the world of Vikings! This immersive market celebrates early medieval culture with music, crafts, demonstrations, and interactive experiences, from blacksmithing and archery to ship displays and combat tactics. Our participants will explore the market with you as their companion and guide.
Your Purpose
As a Viking Market Guide, you’ll walk side-by-side with participants as they experience the market, helping them engage with the activities and vendors in ways that feel fun and comfortable. Treat everyone with dignity and respect. Speak to participants as you would any other teen or adult.
What You’ll Do

Walk with participants around the market, stopping at booths and demos.

Encourage them to ask questions or try out activities (archery, shield wall, etc.), while respecting their comfort level.

Help manage practical needs like finding food, staying together as a group, and navigating crowds.

Create moments of joy and discovery by sharing in the experience with them.
What to Bring / Know

Admission is $21 (SOAR will cover your admission).
