We are so excited to launch Connect & Play, and your help makes it possible! Thank you for giving your time to create a safe and fun environment for kids while their parents connect.

Your Purpose

- Treat everyone with dignity and respect. Speak to participants as you would any other child.

- Engage kids (under 12 with disabilities and their siblings) in imaginative play, toys, and games.

- Create a welcoming environment for siblings, too - everyone belongs.

- Be attentive: some kids may wander, need reassurance, or need help joining play.

- Keep it fun and safe; your presence allows parents to focus on their session with peace of mind.

- Encourage laughter, curiosity, and new friendships.

- Bathroom needs: If a child needs to use the restroom, let the SOAR Coordinator (Tash) know, she will text their parents to assist.
