The BMAC Food Bank Box builds consist of an assembly line-type of work. Volunteers will work in a fast-paced fun environment where they will be responsible in placing 1-3 items in boxes while they run down the line.
Volunteers must observe appropriate site safety and COVID-19 procedures including wearing a mask at all times and social distancing as able. Additionally, volunteers will be required to show proof of vaccination (either their card or a photo of their card). Personal items may be stored in the BMAC office but secure storage is not currently available on site. BMAC is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
The Food Bank is located at 921 W Cherry St. in Walla Walla, just west of Washington Park. Volunteers may park in the field at the corner of Cherry St. and 11th Ave. and enter Food Bank property through the north gate. First-time volunteers are asked to arrive at 12:50 pm to sign volunteer forms.
