Who We Are

The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. In addition, we provide community outreach to our veteran and military families.

What We Do

For over 100 years, the American Red Cross has served thousands of local residents throughout Central and Eastern Washington by teaching lifesaving skills such as CPR and first aid; educating the public about preventing and preparing for emergencies; supporting our area service members, veterans, and their families; connecting loved ones through our global tracing services; and providing immediate aid to victims of disasters such as floods and house fires.
