Bowling Night is one of our most loved events—and we’re so grateful you’re here to help! Your role ensures everyone has a fun, safe, and successful experience. Your Purpose - Treat everyone with dignity and respect. Speak to participants as you would any other teen or adult. - Oversee a lane with 5–7 participants (track turns and keep the group moving). - Encourage and celebrate every roll of the ball, gutter balls included! - Assist with ramps, ball selection, or lifting as needed. - Watch for frustration or overwhelm, offer reassurance and patience. - Troubleshoot small issues (bumpers, pins not resetting) by getting bowling staff help. - Be flexible: some participants may bowl more, others may head to the arcade.
