The Easter Outreach Egg Hunt begins with a little behind-the-scenes magic! As part of the setup team, you’ll help transform the space into a fun and welcoming environment for families.

Your Purpose

• Treat everyone with dignity and respect while working together as a volunteer team.

• Help decorate the event space with festive Easter decorations to create an exciting environment for families.

• Hide eggs throughout the designated hunt areas while making sure they are visible and accessible for all ages and abilities.

• Help ensure eggs are distributed evenly so every participant has a fun and successful hunt.

• Follow guidance from event coordinators on where eggs should and should not be hidden for safety.

• Work efficiently as a team so the space is ready before families arrive.

• Be flexible and ready to assist with last-minute setup tasks if needed.
