About the Role
The Harvest Party can’t happen without a welcoming and festive atmosphere! The Set-Up Crew creates the magic before the event begins. You’ll help decorate, arrange tables and chairs, and prepare the space so our participants walk into a joyful, autumn-themed celebration.
Your Purpose
As a Set-Up Crew member, you bring the party to life before it even starts. Your work ensures that participants enter a space that feels safe, fun, and inviting.
What You’ll Do

Set up tables, chairs, and activity areas.

Put up decorations to create a festive, welcoming environment.
