Help decorate for SOAR's first ever New Year's eve party! We are looking for individuals to help blow up balloons (pump) and stuff a net for a balloon drop. Also to help decorate and create a festive environment for participants to enjoy.
We are decorating two areas: one for participants and one for parents.
