Similar to the Boutique Host role but focused on scheduled appointments. You’ll monitor appointment requests, check your availability, and meet students/customers at the shop as needed. Greet and assist guests, help them find sizes and styles, manage fitting rooms, rehang and organize dresses and suits, and complete checkout, including handling donations and collecting contact info. Must be friendly, organized, comfortable with technology, and able to be on your feet. Flexible scheduling with multiple team members to help meet appointment needs.
