Imagine creating joyful experiences for girls of all ages, buzzing with Girl Scout spirit, while focusing purely on planning—you are not responsible for supervising individual girls or managing troops, as those roles are handled by separate chaperones and troop leaders.
Your mission is to bring creative ideas to life, attending fun monthly planning meetings (about 1-2 hours) to brainstorm and organize. You may join a few extra meetings closer to event dates to perfect every detail. On event days—typically action-packed Saturdays—you’ll oversee the magic for 4-5 hours, ensuring everything runs smoothly while the girls shine. If you’re bursting with creativity, love planning, and want to spark Girl Scout adventures, this is your dream role!
