Whitman College, Walla Walla University, Walla Walla Community College, Blue Zones Project, and some very committed community volunteers are hosting a volunteer fair, March 28 from 4 - 6 p.m. in the Young Ballroom in the Reid Campus Center. Food will be provided.
Our objectives are: to get more volunteer engagement in the Walla Walla Valley, join volunteers with United Way of the Blue Mountains and their volunteer platform - Get Connected, and to highlight the great work of community organizations!
If you are interested in volunteering, this is a great way to meet community organizations that represent many factors in the valley. Also the Blue Mountain Volunteer Corps, run by the Center for Humanitarian Engagement and United Way, will be on hand to let you know about their Get Connected volunteer platform.
